OVERVIEW
Lumberock® is an eco-friendly, premium decking that is one of the greenest on the market. The innovative technology combines a mineral-fill compound with high-density polyethylene plastic creating a product that is strong and durable.
Choose from the solid-edge profile--ideal for applications when board edges are visible, the tongue and groove profile or the groove and groove profile--both perfect for use with a hidden fastener system, to create a clean, fastener-free look.
Lumberock's decking boards are available in 12 foot and 16 foot lengths and in a wide range of colors including: Harbor Wood, Anchor Gray, Black, Gray, White, Green, Tan, Chocolate Brown, Redwood, Cedar, Weathered Wood and Putty. With such a range of color choices, you are sure to find one that will be perfect for your project, or mix and match colors to create a truly one of a kind deck or dock that reflects your individual style and personality. Pair with the Lumberock's 1 x 10 fascia board to give your deck project a completely trimmed out, finished look.
Lumberock® uses innovative extrusion technology to combine a mineral-fill compound with high-density polyethylene plastic. This formula allows the manufacturing of solid, non-porous dimensional profiles that feature increased strength and decreased thermal expansion.
GO AHEAD, GET IT WET
Lumberock® Premium Decking is engineered to withstand harsh, wet environments making it the ideal choice for your dock, marina, boardwalk or swimming pool project.

COMPLETELY WATERPROOF
Lumberock® deck boards are solid throughout with a closed-molecular formula that prevents water absorption from within, making it completely waterproof, therefore it can endure prolonged submersion in saltwater and freshwater.
MINIMAL MAINTENANCE
Say "good-bye" to the hassle, time commitment and cost of sanding, staining, waterproofing, and insect spraying that comes with the use of traditional lumber. The non-porous composition does not allow stains to adhere to Lumberock® Premium Decking. Food spills, sun tan oils, and ground dirt are easily cleaned with standard household cleaners. Other than a seasonal cleaning, Lumberock® is truly a low-maintenance product so you can spend more time enjoying your deck and less time maintaining it.
NO NOTICEABLE FADING
Everything fades in direct sunlight, but Lumberock® fades so slightly you will never notice any color change. The UV-protecting color additives ensure that constant exposure to sunlight will have no noticeable effect.

IMPENETRABLE SURFACE
Bacteria, insects and other organisms that thrive with lots of moisture cannot permeate the surface or the interior of the board. Because no organic fills are used, like wood fibers or sawdust, there is nothing for mold and mildew to adhere to and nothing to breakdown and rot.
SLIP RESISTANT & SPLINTER FREE
You can walk barefoot along your dock without worrying about splinters or harsh cracks, and the embossed wood-grain finish reduces slipping, even in wet conditions.
NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL
Lumberock® Premium Decking comes in one of the widest ranges of colors available on the market today with 12 vibrant colors to suit individual tastes and preferences. The consistency of color throughout the boards reduces the effect of small scratches and the deep wood grain pattern mimics the look of natural wood for a beautiful finish.
GOING GREEN
Lumberock® uses one of the highest percentages of post-consumer recycled plastics to manufacturer its boards. At least 75% of the plastic they use comes from milk jugs and other recycled plastics and their mineral plastic composite lumber does not leak harmful chemical into the environment. The use of recycled plastics reduces deforestation and diverts millions of pounds of plastic from the global solid waste stream.
Looking to the future, Lumberock® features another stage of reusability. It is 100% recyclable at the end of its original intended use. All of the boards can be reduced to scrap plastic that will be reincorporated into other recycled plastic products.

When dirt or debris begins to accumulate on your deck or dock, simply sweep it way, hose it off or lightly wash the boards with soap and water. Any standard household clean can be used without harming the plastic. Occasionally mold and mildew will form on dirt that has built up on the boards, but it will not permeate the surface of the board and can be removed with a light pressure washing. Lumberock® recommends using a maximum of 1800 psi with a 20 degree nozzle. Thanks to the non-porous surface and solid composition of the boards, stains from food, oils, beverages and grease will not adhere to the Lumberock® Premium Decking and spills are easily washed away.
Limited Lifetime Warranty that protects against rotting, cracking, staining, splintering and peeling.
Formed in 2000 and located in Chicago, Illinois, Lumberock® specializes in synthetic, composite lumber fabrication and product development.
Over the last two decades, plastic composite lumber materials have become a standard alternative to traditional decking. Unfortunately consumers have been wary of the effectiveness and long-term cost efficiency of these plastic lumber materials due to drawbacks that have been recognized. Lumberock® was developed in an effort to address different concerns and truly live up to consumers' expectations of a synthetic lumber. Their goal was to create a composite deck board that really does last a lifetime with no maintenance beyond an annual cleaning. Through careful consideration and understanding of customers' needs, they have created a deck board that is strong, durable, easy to install without compromising aesthetics and honorable of its limited lifetime warranty.
Today Lumberock® Premium Decking is a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council and their product has been named a Most Environmentally Preferable Product by the Healthy Building Network as well as being recognized for its status as a long lasting composite building material.

PLEASE NOTE:
**Lumberock® is not to be used for structural purposes, such as off-the-ground deck framing or load-bearing support posts. It may be used as a base on a flat surface such as a cement patio. Given the right conditions, Lumberock® can build up static electricity. Lumberock® uses static eliminators in the manufacturing process to help dissipate the built-up charge that develops during the extrusion process, however, just like with carpet, the potential remains for further build-up of static electricity. Lumberock® has found that hosing down your deck with a combination of Simple Green cleaner and water will help reduce static electric build-up.
**Installation Instructions are intended as guidelines, not precise building plans. Each project is unique in its construction, design and environment. The method and means of installation are the responsibility of the installer.
